How long is an engagement?
Individual coaching runs six or twelve months, fortnightly. Team work is usually a diagnostic, two offsites, and a quarter of follow-through. We do not sell single sessions, because they rarely change anything.

What is confidential?
Everything said in a session. Your sponsor sees the development focus and progress against it, never the content. We say this to every participant in the first meeting.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, and most engagements are a mix. Diagnostics and team offsites work far better in person; fortnightly sessions work well on video once the relationship is established.
